Payment Information

Credit Card
You can place a Credit Card order by selecting "PayPal" on the Payment Method page during the checkout process. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Your credit card orders are processed by Paypal www.paypal.com

Money Order/Bank Cheque

You can place an order choosing the "Sending Cheque" option on the payment infomation page during the checkout process. Make your Money Order or Bank Cheque out to 'Winners Circle Saddlery' and mail it to the following address:

Please write your name and order number on the back of your Money Order or Bank Cheque. This will speed up the processing of your order.

Direct Deposit
You can place an order choosing the "Direct Deposit" option on the payment infomation page during the checkout process. Deposit the payment at your local bank branch, via telephone banking or internet banking with the bank account details found on your invoice

Please provide your name and order number with your deposit (If using Internet banking you can place this in the Message/Reference field when making the transfer). We regularly check but sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for your payment to appear in our account.

Delivery Information

  • Most orders received by 3pm are shipped the same business day.
  • Your order should arrive between the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.
  • For Special delivery requests, please specify these in the "Add Comments About Your Order" field when filling in your Payment Information.
  • Orders will not be shipped to a P.O. Box address without prior arrangements.
  • We use Australia Post to deliver your orders to your door.
  • If you miss your delivery a card will be left in your letterbox asking you come in and pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post office.
  • Delivery in working days: 2-5 days NSW, 4-7 other states.
  • Some items are opened prior to shipping to ensure the contents are correct and safe to ship.


Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges do not include setup or installation.
  • All charges are calculated live via the Australia Post Shipping Calculation Webservice and are based on the weight of the products and the Postcode the products need to travel to be delivered.


Availability

  • All goods are subject to availability and there may be circumstances beyond our control that means we may not be able to fulfil your order in whole or in part.
  • In this case we will contact you by phone as a first option and then follow up with an email.
  • If deemed necessary we reserve the right to refuse any order or any part of an order.


Refunds and Exchanges

  • All refunds will be made by Credit Card or Cheque. There may be a 2-3 day delay when refunding to your Credit Card.
  • 90 day replacement guarantee on all products. Return cost is the responsibility of the customer.
  • In the unfortunate case where your product is defective having carefully followed the manufacturer instructions then please contact us immediately and return the product to us.
